We signed the contract yesterday of the offer we agreed on. So now we are just hoping and praying that the family that is buying the house will get a bond but I know we must just be positive. They bank with Standard bank and we heard that Standard bank is giving 100% loans to their clients.
You see the thing is the house were we put the offer in was accepted!!! So I feel like jumping up and down screaming even but I know I must just relax for now until the Chetty’s get there loan approved.
I am so excited and can not wait for the deals to go through!!!
